I'm Alejandro Matias, a mobility coach, certified Personal Trainer, and Registered Yoga teacher with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and eliminate pain through functional fitness.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Health and Fitness, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how the body moves and how to optimize strength, flexibility, and mobility for long-term health. I’m an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), blending science-backed training with mindful movement to create highly effective programs.
I’ve also trained in martial arts for over 20 years, which has deepened my approach to movement, balance, coordination, and body control. My background allows me to help clients not just build strength but move efficiently and pain-free in their daily lives.
I offer online personal training for $90 per hour over Zoom, where I work with clients one-on-one to improve mobility, flexibility, and strength while addressing movement limitations or injuries.
